Carter- Round Rock Rising Star

 Carter has studied privately at Crescendo Elite with Dr. Jun Qian via online lessons. As the result, he has earned recognition as a 2026 TMEA 6A All-State player, placing him among the top high school musicians in Texas.

Carter is a junior at Round Rock High School who has quickly distinguished himself as one of the school’s most accomplished young musicians. further honing his artistry and expanding his musical depth. Through focused instruction and disciplined practice, he continues to elevate his performance to the highest level.

A dedicated and disciplined student, he serves as First Chair in the Wind Ensemble and First Chair in the Symphony Orchestra—an achievement that reflects both his technical mastery and musical leadership.

Beyond his individual accomplishments, Carter is deeply committed to serving his musical community. As a section leader, he sets the standard for excellence, preparation, and professionalism. He is known not only for his strong work ethic, but also for his ability to motivate and inspire those around him. Carter actively mentors and tutors younger clarinet players, helping them build confidence, refine their technique, and develop a love for music. His leadership extends beyond performance—he is a role model who fosters teamwork, accountability, and growth within the ensemble.

In addition to his musical pursuits, Carter maintains a strong academic record as an honor roll student enrolled in advanced courses. Outside the classroom and rehearsal hall, he enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, archery, and working out—activities that reflect the same focus, resilience, and determination he brings to his music.
